Mandatory Meeting-March 12th at 6pm

NEW LOCATION: The mandatory meeting for all float/truck captains (to pickup sign placards) and for all new walkers (to pick up doubloons) will be on Tuesday March 12th, at 6pm, in the Raider Room on the campus of Archbishop Rummel High School, 1901 Severn Ave., Metairie, 70001.  A representative from your organization MUST be present to receive your float assignment and Insurance needs to be paid in order to receive your float number.   We will have representatives from Matrana’s Produce Company to place your respective orders and from Arceri Insurance.
