NEW LOCATION: The mandatory meeting for all float/truck captains (to pickup sign placards) and for all new walkers (to pick up doubloons) will be on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at 6pm, in the Raider Room on the campus of Archbishop Rummel High School, 1901 Severn Ave., Metairie, 70001. A representative from your organization MUST be present to receive your float assignment, and insurance needs to be paid in order to receive your float number. We will have representatives from Matrana’s Produce Company to place your respective orders and from Arceri Insurance.

Eddie was a native of New Orleans and resided in Metairie and Kenner his adult life.
The mission of the Louisiana Irish-Italian parade is threefold: to celebrate the heritage and traditions of two proud nationalities; to provide the best family-oriented parade for the people of Jefferson Parish and visitors from around the country; and to donate annually to local nonprofit organizations.
